Refunds will be issued only under the following condition:
If the scheduled consultation session is not conducted due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the customer fails to attend the session at the scheduled time.
If the customer is late beyond the acceptable window and the session cannot proceed.
If any technical issues or delays are caused by the customer’s side.
Customers may cancel their scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Once a consultation session is confirmed, no cancellation or rescheduling will be accepted within 24 hours of the appointment.
If you do not attend or are late for the session, it will be considered void, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
